• Villa Regia comprises of three interconnected buildings situated in all around reconstructed historical building on the street Kpt. Jaroše in the urban neighbourhood Černá pole.
• In the building A and C there are 19 luxurious apartments and in the building B there are situated luxurious commercial areas designed for calm administrative work. Basement garages offer 21 parking places. Apartments sized from 40 to 132 m2 and disposition from 1+ kitchen corner to 4+kitchen corner offer wide spectrum of above standard equipment: parking places in the basement garages, lift, in some apartments balcony or terrace, basements, first-class materials and individual approach to requirements and wishes of the clients.
